Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting
Recipe Ingredients:
| 4 | Tbsp | butter |
| 2 | cup | coconut flakes |
| 1 | pkg | (8oz) cream cheese |
| 2 | tsp | milk |
| 3 1/2 | cup | sifted powdered sugar |
| 1/2 | tsp | vanilla |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Melt 2 Tbl butter in skillet; add coconut. Stir constantly on low heat until brown. Spread coconut on absorbent paper. Cool. |
| 2. | Cream 2 Tbl butter with cream cheese; add milk. Beat in sugar gradually. Blend in vanilla. Stir in 1 3/4 cup of browned coconut. |
| 3. | Spread on cake layers. Stack and sprinkle cake with remaining coconut. (Use with Grama Jones Coconut Cake recipe) |
