Decorative Icing for Gingerbread Houses
This icing is good to decorate gingerbread houses and cookies. It stays soft, so is good for eating too.

Recipe Ingredients:

3/4cuphoney
1/2tspvinegar
2egg whites


Recipe Instructions:

1.   Beat the egg whites. Cook the honey and vinegar to soft ball stage, 238F to 250F.
2.   Pour the honey in a thin stream over egg whites, while beating. Continue beating until the icing stands in soft peaks. Makes enough for 2 gingerbread houses.
