Beef Sauce
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1/2 | cup | butter |
| 3/4 | tsp | salt |
| 2 | cup | tomato juice |
| 1 | tsp | ground mustard |
| 1 | Tbsp | vinegar |
| 2 | tsp | worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 | cup | onion, grated |
| 1 | clove | garlic, minced |
| 1/4 | cup | ketchup |
| 1 | dash of tabasco sauce | |
| 1/2 | tsp | paprika |
| 1/2 | tsp | black pepper |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Mix all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Use for basting and serve with meat. Variations: Substitute meat stock for tomato juice. |
