Joe's Marinade
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | tsp | sugar |
| 1 | tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 | tsp | salt |
| 1 | cup | soy sauce (Kikkoman) |
| 1/2 | cup | vinegar |
| 1/2 | cup | wine |
| 1/2 | cup | orange juice |
| 1 | tsp | ginger |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Mix all ingredients and bring to boil. Marinade meat for a minimum of 4 hours. |
