Ham and Blue Cheese Salad
Recipe Ingredients:
| 3/4 | pkg | (16oz) uncooked bowtie pasta |
| 1/2 | cup | chopped pecans |
| 1/3 | cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 | cup | chopped fresh basil |
| 1/4 | cup | chopped FRESH parsley |
| 4 | oz | cooked honey ham, chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | crumbled blue cheese |
| 1 | clove | garlic, minced |
| 1/2 | tsp | freshly ground pepper |
| 1/4 | cup | lemon juice |
| 2 | Tbsp | olive oil |
| 1/4 | cup | chopped sun-dried tomatoes (optional) |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large serving bowl. Add pecans, Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, ham, blue cheese, garlic, pepper and lemon juice, tossing gently to combine. Add oil, stirring gently and sun-dried tomatoes, if desired. Serve immediately or cover and chill, if desired. |
