Black Beans
Recipe Ingredients:
| 4 | can | (large) El Ebro brand Black Beans |
| 1 | large | onion, diced |
| 1 | large | green bell pepper, diced |
| 1 | clove | garlic, diced |
| 2 | bay leaves, crumbled | |
| 1 | Tbsp | oregano |
| 1 | Tbsp | vinegar |
| olive oil |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Pour enough olive oil in a skillet to cover the bottom. Sautee onion, green pepper and garlic over low heat. |
| 2. | Pour Black Beans in crock-pot with 3 crumpled bay leaves. Add oregano. Add onion, green pepper and garlic. |
| 3. | Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar ½ hour before serving. Serve over yellow rice with pork. |
