Sweet Potatoes and Apples

Recipe Instructions:

1.	Mix brown sugar and butter together in skillet on medium heat to make syrup.
2.	Add salt, nutmeg and lemon juice. Add yams. Coat well and heat through. Remove yams.
3.	Peel and cut up apples. Add to remaining syrup mixture. Cook over medium heat until tender.
4.	Add apple mixture together with yams. Place in casserole or baking pan and bake entire mixture for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
