Cereal Toffee
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | cup | sugar |
| 1 | cup | butter |
| 2 1/2 | cup | Kix cereal |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | In large skillet, heat sugar and butter to boiling, stirring constantly. Cook and stir over medium heat about 10 minutes, until mixture caramelizes (becomes light brown and thickened). |
| 2. | Remove from heat; fold in Kix cereal until evenly coated. Spread mixture 1/4-inch thick on ungreased baking sheet. Cool; break into pieces. |
