Beef and Spinach Pinwheels
Recipe Ingredients:
| 4 | oz | cream cheese, softened |
| 1 | Tbsp | prepared horseradish |
| 4 | (8-inch) flour tortillas | |
| 1 1/2 | cup | baby spinach leaves |
| 6 | oz | thinly sliced deli roast beef |
| 4 | oz | sliced provolone cheese |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | In small mixing bowl combine cream cheese and horseradish. |
| 2. | Spread on one side of each tortilla. Top each with spinach leaves, roast beef and provolone cheese. Tightly roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 to 24 hours. |
| 3. | To serve, cut each tortilla into 1-inch pieces. |
