Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | pkg | (16oz) fresh broccoli and cauliflower flowerets |
| 1/2 | cup | mayonnaise |
| 1/2 | cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 | cup | shredded parmesan cheese |
| 3 | green onions, sliced | |
| 1 | clove | garlic, minced |
| 1 | Tbsp | dijon mustard |
| 1/8 | tsp | ground red pepper |
| 2 | Tbsp | Italian-seasoned bread crumbs |
| 1/4 | tsp | paprika |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Arrange flourets in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well. |
| 2. | Arrange flourets in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. |
| 3. | Stir together mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, dijon mustard and red pepper. Spoon over flourets. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. |
| 4. | Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. |
