Corn Dogs
Recipe Ingredients:
| 2/3 | cup | yellow corn meal |
| 1/3 | cup | all-purpose flour |
| 1 | tsp | salt |
| 1/2 | cup | milk |
| 1 | egg, beaten | |
| 2 | Tbsp | vegetable oil |
| 8 - 10 hotdogs |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Combine corn meal, flour & salt. Add milk, egg & oil; mix well. |
| 2. | Insert wooden skewer in one end of each hotdog. Coat with additional flour; dip into corn meal mixture. Fry a few at a time in deep hot oil (375F) until golden brown. Makes 8 - 10 servings. |
