Grilled Turkey and Muenster Sandwiches
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1/2 | firm ripe avocado | |
| 2 | Tbsp | butter, softened |
| 4 | slices pumpernickel bread | |
| 1 | Tbsp | dijon mustard |
| 1/4 | lbs | sliced deli muenster cheese |
| 1/3 | lbs | sliced deli smoked turkey |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Peel, pit and thinly slice avocado. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Spread mustard on other side of 2 bread slices. |
| 2. | On top of mustard arrange avocado, cheese and turkey. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up. |
| 3. | Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until toasted and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes per side. Yield: 2 servings |
