Oven Roasted New Potatoes
Recipe Ingredients:
| 12 | to 15 small red or new potatoes, scrubbed and halved | |
| 1/4 | cup | olive oil |
| 1 | clove | minced garlic |
| 3 | tsp | chopped fresh rosemary |
| salt & pepper to taste |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Add olive oil to a pan large enough to hold potatoes in one layer. |
| 2. | Add potatoes and garlic and toss to coat. Add rosemary, salt and pepper. |
| 3. | Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes until tender. |
