Italian Meatballs
Recipe Ingredients:
| 2 | lbs | ground beef |
| 1/8 | cup | basil |
| 2 | large | eggs |
| 1/8 | cup | Romano cheese |
| 1 1/2 | cup | seasoned bread crumbs |
| 1/4 | cup | parsley |
| grated granulated garlic, to taste |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls. |
| 2. | Place in baking dish and brown in oven or on top of stove. |
| 3. | Place in preheated sauce (cook's choice) for approximately 15 minutes. Yield 6-8 servings. |
