Quick & Easy Italian Meatballs
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | lbs | ground chuck |
| 3/4 | cup | dry bread crumbs |
| 1/4 | cup | Italian grated cheese |
| 1/2 | an onion, chopped | |
| 1 | Tbsp | chopped parsely |
| a little garlic powder | ||
| salt | ||
| pepper | ||
| 1 | or 2 eggs | |
| a little water to mix |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Put the bread crumbs and all other ingredients in a bowl. Add the chopped meat and the 2 eggs and mix well with hands. If too dry, add a little water. |
| 2. | Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Fry until brown on both sides (skillet or indoor countertop grill works great) and put into tomato sauce. |
