Spinach Mushroom Pizza
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | pkg | (10oz) fresh baby spinach |
| 1 | pkg | (8oz) sliced fresh mushrooms |
| 2 | clove | garlic, minced |
| 1/4 | tsp | salt |
| 1/4 | tsp | pepper |
| 1/2 | jar | (14oz) pizza sauce |
| 1 | pkg | (12oz) refrigerated pizza crusts |
| 3/4 | pkg | (8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Saute first 5 ingredients in a large skillet 3 minutes or until spinach is wilted; drain and remove from heat. |
| 2. | Spoon sauce evenly over pizza crusts. Add spinach mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese. |
| 3. | Grill, covered with grill lid, over indirect heat about 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly crisp. |
