Steak House Fajitas
Prep. Time: 10 min, Cook Time: 10 minRecipe Ingredients:
| 2 | tsp | vegetable oil |
| 1 | lbs | boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips |
| 1 | medium | green bell pepper, cut into thin strips |
| 1/2 | medium | red onion, thinly sliced |
| 2/3 | cup | Lawry's Steak & Chop Marinade |
| 8 | (10 in.) flour tortillas, warmed |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown beef. |
| 2. | Add green pepper and onion and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Lawry's Steak & Chop Marinade With Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper and cook for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. |
| 3. | Serve in tortillas with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and salsa. Yield: 4 servings |
