Taco Dip
Served with nacho chips, makes a great snack.Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | container | (16oz) sour cream |
| 1 | pkg | taco mix or 3 Tbsp taco seasoning |
| 1 | Tbsp | Emeril's Essence or other rub (optional) |
| 1 | jar | (16oz) medium salsa |
| 2 | medium | tomatoes |
| 1 | can | black olives |
| 1 | head | lettuce, cut up |
| 1 | cup | shredded cheddar cheese (8oz pkg extra sharp cheddar) |
| 1 | pkg | nacho chips |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Cut up tomatoes, black olives and lettuce. |
| 2. | Mix the first 8 ingredients together and serve with Nacho chips. |
